Terms & Conditions – Before & After Work Commences

Before Work Commences

1. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates are based on the information available at the time of booking and may be adjusted after an on-site inspection. Final pricing will be confirmed with the customer prior to beginning any work.

2. Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.
Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

3. Access to Premises

The customer agrees to provide unobstructed and safe access to all areas, equipment, vents, and mechanical rooms requiring cleaning or inspection.

4. Pre-existing Conditions

Conduits de Moyheu is not responsible for any pre-existing damage, structural issues, or defects within the HVAC system, ductwork, or surrounding areas.
A technician may perform a pre-inspection to document such conditions before work begins.

5. Health and Safety Compliance

We follow all applicable health and safety regulations.
Customers must inform the company of any known hazards (e.g., asbestos, mold, pests, water damage, unsafe environments).

6. Pets and Children

For safety reasons, customers must ensure that pets and children remain away from the work area during the entire service.

7. Payment Terms

Payment is due immediately upon completion of the work unless alternative arrangements were made in advance.
Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, cash, and other approved payment methods.

8. Customer Preparation

Customers are responsible for removing or covering delicate, valuable, or fragile items near the work area.
The company is not liable for damage to items that were not protected.

9. Scope of Work

The scope of work will be clearly outlined during booking or in the service agreement.
Any additional work identified during service will be discussed and approved by the customer before proceeding.

10. Insurance and Liability

The company is fully insured and takes all necessary precautions while working on customer property.
However, we are not liable for damages caused by unavoidable circumstances, pre-existing issues, or structural weaknesses.


After Work Commences

11. Inspection and Approval

After the service is completed, customers are encouraged to inspect the work.
Any concerns should be reported immediately while the technician is still on-site.

12. Post-Cleaning Cleanup

We will ensure the work area is left clean and orderly.
Customers should report any concerns or missed areas within 24 hours of service completion.

13. Warranty and Guarantees

The company provides a limited warranty on completed services.
Any issues covered under this warranty will be addressed promptly and professionally.

14. Maintenance Recommendations

Technicians may provide professional recommendations to help maintain the HVAC system, ducts, or dryer vent performance and longevity.

15. Service Documentation

A detailed summary of the work performed—including findings, photos (if applicable), and recommendations—will be provided to the customer.

16. Feedback and Reviews

Customer feedback helps us improve.
We may request a review or testimonial, but participation is voluntary.

17. Confidentiality

All customer information is kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except when required by law.

18. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will first be addressed through our internal resolution process.
If necessary, disputes may proceed to mediation or arbitration as agreed by both parties.

19. Follow-Up Services

We may offer optional follow-up services, maintenance packages, or repeat-customer discounts.
